Are you at the cusp of a career change? Already starting, running or growing your own business? Are you passionate about what you do and in need of inspiration? Then you’ll be pleased to know that we have quite a lot planned to help you get the results you desire and deserve.
On the 10th of January 2012 I jumped on the bandwagon and launched a FaceBook Page. It’s been fun getting it all setup properly but hardwork too, I have to say! Not content to use this promising social media facility merely for a bulletin board service, I decided to feature therein inspiring people from around the world who are starting, running and growing their own businesses in these challenging times (as well as creative thinkers and leaders who are making an impact ‘for good’).
First in the Facebook Spotlight? A beautiful TV actress who left the drama and cameras behind to conquer the corporate world! Yep. Discover how she went from management roles in global companies like Microsoft to starting a successful business working from home (with nothing but her laptop and a hairy idea)! Join us on my facebook page at 3pm UK time on January 26th if you’d like to interact live in the spotlight and win some cool gifts. Otherwise, you can catch up after the party too. Either way, just remember where you saw this first.
The Creativity and Sense Enterprise Network relaunches shortly with a new concept of networking designed to put local businesses in the spotlight! If you’re shy, busy or simply a ‘rapid-results’ networker, this will be perfect for you. Sign up on our Enterprise Website for free tickets to UK events.
International Woman’s Day has inspired me to reflect on how the business world is being shaped by ‘the woman’s touch’. Yes. The way we network, interact with fellow business people, market our services and nurture relationships with prospects are all changing and now is the perfect time for ‘women who mean business’ to harness their feminity and creativity rather than stifle it. We’ll show you how. Naturally.
Plus of course we’ve got live seminars, interactive webinars and content-rich masterclasses in the pipeline. In a nutshell, 2012 is your time to inspire and be inspired. So watch this space for information, events and resources that will enable you do just that!
Now, enough about us. What are your goals for the year and what challenges pose a threat to those goals? Do you know family and friends who are starting, running or growing a business? What obstacles do they face and what do you think would help them surmount these hindrances to their dreams and goals?

I would like to quit my day job this year as I’ve always been business minded. The economy is definitely a challenge. Access to funding and support groups is always helpful.
Very interesting, thumbs up!
